Emerging Talent Associate Program
At ADA Music, Warner Music Group’s independent distribution division, I support artist marketing, streaming strategy, and sync operations.
My role involves coordinating digital service provider (DSP) strategies and new release rollouts across platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Music, and more.
I curate sync-focused playlists in DISCO to help pitch music for film, TV, and brand placements, and I manage YouTube studio updates to align release metadata with marketing priorities for better algorithmic discovery.
As part of Warner’s Emerging Talent Associate Program, I developed a capstone project analyzing an artist’s brand strategy and career growth, offering insights into listener engagement and future artist development.
Additionally, I contribute to artist marketing and DSP meetings, providing input on release strategies, audience targeting, and playlist optimization for artists like Kesha, Taylor Felt, Vaughn, Flume & Emma Louise.
